4. Refund and Cancellation Clause

Your satisfaction is our primary goal. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship.

• Service Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
• Refunds on Labor: Because our services involve time and dedicated labor, refunds for labor performed are strictly limited to instances where craftsmanship fails to meet industry standards. Any claims must be made within 7 days of service completion. We reserve the right to correct or repair any disputed work before a refund is considered.
• Materials: Custom orders, altered materials, or installed materials are non-refundable. If materials purchased specifically for your project are unused due to early cancellation, you may be billed for restocking fees or the full cost of non-returnable items.
